​​Elan Valley and Red Kite Feeding Centre

The Elan Valley Reservoirs supplies water to Birmingham via a 73 miles pipeline. a journey which takes nearly 2 days!
Our first stop will be at the Elan Valley Visitor Centre and we then have a tour around the fabulous scenery surrounding the dams and reservoirs before heading to the Red Kite Feeding Centre at Gigrin Farm where hundreds of Red Kite feed every day in a truly breathtaking spectacle.

Camden Market and the Waterways of London

We travel to Little Venice where we board our boat for a 45-minute cruise on the Regent Canal with live commentary as we cruise past Regents Park and London Zoo and enjoy London from a different perspective before arriving at Camden Market. Camden Market has over a thousand unique shops, stalls, bars and cafes for you to explore. After about 3 hours we rejoin our boat for the return cruise to Little Venice.

A visit to one of England's most beautiful towns with over 600 listed buildings in the town centre including five medieval churches It is no surprise that this lovely old town has been used in film and TV many times, Sir Walter Scott proclaimed it the finest stone town in England.
This is a real gem with plenty of shops as well.

We have a scenic journey through Wales including the Horseshoe Pass followed by an afternoon in the lovely seaside resort of Llandudno. Why not treat yourself to a tasty fish and chip dinner before departing at 6pm for our journey home.

Severn Valley Railway and Carvery Lunch​​

A ideal gift for Fathers Day. As we journey back to the golden age of steam with a morning ride on the Servern Valley Railway followed by a hearty carvery lunch at the Down Inn. After lunch we also visit Highley Station and the Severn Valley Railway Visitor Centre at the Engine House. From the first- floor balcony, you can enjoy splendid views of the trains passing on the line below. Inside, you can get up close and personal with a number of out-of-service locomotives, along with a travelling Post Office and King George V1's royal saloon, There are a number of railway related exhibitions, a cafe and a gift shop.

Steve will be delighted to take you to the city where he lived for many years, we begin with an introductory coach tour where he will tell you some of the history of the city, once the second most important city in the country and the only city to have been excommunicated. Find out about the city that once had a pub for every day of the year and a church for every Sunday, was the
birth place of Elizabeth Fry and has the second tallest Cathedral spire in the country. With a minimum of 4 -hours of free time in one of the best shopping cities in the country with it large open -air market, 2 Cathedrals and restored Norman Castle housing the Norwich Museum this will be a memorable day out.

North Yorkshire Railway and Whitby​​

Travel by coach to Pickering to board 1200 North Yorkshire Moors Railway. The NYMR travels for 18 miles through the fabulous Yorkshire Moors scenery to Whitby. On route you pass 5 stations including Goathland which dates from 1865 and featured in the Heartbeat TV series and the first Harry Potter film, We have the afternoon in Whitby before returning home by coach.
